Google is going to implement new feature to provide users with better search results. The innovation is offering users a possibility to make a report about paid links. There is some information regarding this step at Google Webmaster Central blog by Vanessa Fox - "Most important matter for our PareRank are backlinks, as they show how popular links have been found".
